Make Feelings Visual
Kids can draw, write, or speak their worries—turning emotions into something they can see and manage.

Worry Monsters help children face tough thoughts with kindness and courage—no judgment, just support.
All entries are stored locally on your device, so nothing is ever shared or uploaded.
With Worry Jail, children can log their worries using images, text, or voice, then lock them away in a “jail” where they feel safe and in control. The app uses gentle prompts and engaging visuals to help kids recognize emotions-without needing to explain everything perfectly.
We believe in privacy-first design. Worry Jail doesn’t use cloud syncing or external storage. That means your child’s entries stay local, secure, and accessible only by you. There’s no account required, no data tracking, and no third-party sharing-ever.
We’re working on exciting new features like bedtime stories, monster animations for each worry, and better ways to celebrate happy thoughts. Sign up to be the first to know when they launch.
Worry Jail started as a personal mission. As a parent, I watched my son struggle to express his hurtful and overwhelming thoughts. I wanted to give him a tool to help name what he was feeling, without shame-and to feel like he had power over those thoughts instead of the other way around.
We built Worry Jail to be that safe place: a private, playful space where kids can externalize anxiety, lock away their fears, and begin to heal through creative expression. Every screen, monster, and prompt is designed with care, because I know what it feels like to want to help your child but not know where to start.
If you’re a parent, educator, or caregiver walking that same path-you’re not alone. This app is for you, and for every brave little heart learning to feel safer in the world.
